Party Hats
Party Hats feature SnugFit, which includes two sets of stretchy elastic bands for comfort and stability. They feature a sliding toggle to adjust snugly under the pets chin and the elastic bands run in front and back of the pets ear to keep the hat in place.

Information and Policies
- $150.00 minimum order
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days. If we can ship your order sooner, we will!
- IMPORTANT: Please include your open days/hours to receive delivery in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout. If your delivery address is within an area of the US with local delivery restrictions, your order may be delayed until the restrictions have been lifted.
- If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
- Pet Palette does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. Sorry, no Paypal or wire transfers are accepted.
- All international orders must ship to a U.S. address or US based Freight Forwarder. Please note that certain brands do not allow for sales outside of the US. Shipping restrictions are noted in the description section for each item. Orders to Canada ship direct via USPS.
- No sales to 3rd Party Resellers such as Amazon, FBA Amazon, Ebay.com, Jet.com, Chewy.com, etc.
- No drop shipment program available.
- Free Shipping on orders over $500 or more after discounts to the 48 contiguous states only.
- Easy Shipping Program: If you order $350 or more with us we will apply 5% of the cost of your invoice to your shipping costs. If your actual shipping costs are under the 5% credit amount…you get free shipping! If the cost to ship is over the 5% credit you will simply pay the difference. (Our ESP Program will still be offered to: Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Us Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, US Territories outside the contiguous states). For complete details, click here.

- Exchanges are accepted for mis-shipments or defective merchandise only, please contact orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a photo of the items for speedy service. All other returns will require authorization after review, please contact orders@petpalette.com.
