Please note that Fall/Halloween Prebook orders must be placed separately from Winter/Holiday Prebook orders. Orders cannot be combined with other prebook events, non-prebook items, or other discounts. Our standard order minimum of $149 and free shipping at $449 still apply. Pet Palette Distribution is not responsible for shipping delays, price changes, or product shortages due to circumstances out of our control. We are taking all reasonable steps to ensure that pre-booked Fall/Halloween product is available to ship in late August. Some restrictions may apply.

All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.
$149 minimum order.
Orders ship out within 1-2 days. If we can ship your order sooner, we will!
If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined.
Pet Palette Distribution does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa and MasterCard and AMEX.

Exchanges are accepted for mis-shipments or defective merchandise only, please contact orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a photo of the items for speedy service.
Perishable Items Policy: Pet Palette Distribution ensures that all perishable items have an expiration/best buy date of 3 months or more beyond the product’s order date. If your order contains products that expire in less than 3 months and you believe you are eligible for a credit, please reach out to orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide clear images of the expiration dates and quantities of each product that is short-dated.
