We will confirm your order by email with an estimated ship date. Your order will ship as soon as all items have arrived and your order is complete.

Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined. If you decide later you need to add to your order, please start a new order instead, as our system reserves product in the order in which it is sold.
Pet Palette does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover. Sorry, no Paypal or wire transfers are accepted.
