- For orders under $250, a $16 flat shipping rate will be applied to each order for the Contiguous US.
- FREE Shipping within the contiguous US on orders over $250.
- In other countries or the Non-contiguous US, we will email the vendor shipping rate. The order will be processed after we receive confirmation.

- Exchanges are accepted for fulfillment errors or manufacturing defects only. Please contact info@hugsmartpet.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a picture of the items for exchange.
