This collar is made with two layers of bridle leather stitched together with heavy-duty nylon thread. Assembled in an extended dee ring pattern that provides TWO extra layers of leather on the dee ring pull-point making this the strongest collar suitable for the stongest pulling dog. This collar has beveled and hand finished edges for comfort and features a heavy-duty nickel-plated welded dee ring and a strong roller buckle with tuck loop keeper and smooth capped rivets. Made in the USA!
G.I. Collars were first made for guard dogs at the U.S. Air Force base at Plattsburg, NY.
