- Estimated total transit time is 3-5 business days for orders shipping to the U.S. foufouBRANDS ships every Thursday to the U.S. through Fedex IDD, our most economical shipping method. Deadline for Thursday shipment is Wednesday 10:00am EST. Orders received after this deadline will ship the following Thursday. No additional customs and duties will apply for any orders shipped through Fedex IDD.

- Canadian Orders: Due to high difference in Exchange Rate we have Canadian Pricing. Please email Service@WholesalePet.com for more information. Otherwise, all Canadian orders placed through Wholesale Pet will be charged in USD.
- International orders are shipped through Fedex & UPS only. Shipping quote will be provided.
- We do not provide free samples.

In stock items that reach our shipping minimum of $100 will ship immediately. Pre-orders/backorders will be sent in a separate shipment once it becomes available. Pre-orders/backorders under $100 will be canceled.
We do not charge for pre-orders until we are ready to ship.
