- Free Shipping on orders of +$150
- No shipping to Canada or Mexico
- No shipping to PO Boxes
- Full shipping costs charged on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico
Return Policy
At Happy Howie’s we want our partners to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-855-432-6465 (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) or customerservice@happyhowies.com to discuss your options.
Please note that you must report any issues with your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
If we decide to have you return product, we'll be happy to provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning your product. You are responsible for returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.
At our discretion, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. In this situation, Happy Howie’s does not take title to the refunded item.
We do not issue refunds or provide replacements for expired products.
