Ginger is added to settle the stomach. Chamomile and L-Theanine help promote relaxation and sleep. L-Tryptophan, an essential amino acid, is converted to serotonin once absorbed.

Inactive Ingredients:  Arabic gum, brewers yeast, buffered white distilled vinegar, canola oil, chicken liver powder, citric acid, guar gum, green tea extract, natural mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, silicon dioxide, spearmint, sunflower lecithin, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, vegetable glycerin, vegetable oil.
