- All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, retailers will have the option to cancel or have sales tax added to their orders.

- We will confirm your order by email with an estimated ship date. Your order will ship as soon as all items have arrived and your order is complete.
- If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
- Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined.
- Pet Palette Distribution does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa and MasterCard. Sorry, no AMEX, Paypal, or wire transfers are accepted.
