The replaceable cardboard scratching pad on top removes easily and can be swapped out at any time for a new cardboard refill pad (sold separately). The downstairs house portion of the Thermo-Kitty Playhouse is the best sleeping area your cat can have. It’s private, comfortable and will quickly become your cat’s favorite.
