The Smart ID tag uses Google map geo-tagging to send pet owners and pet finders alike, critical information on the pet's current location based on the phone used to scan the ID tag. Registration and usage of the Gotcha app is completely free once the Smart ID tag is purchased.

Order Pricing & Substitution
We reserve the right to update pricing based on the increase in costs passed along to us through our vendors. A 30 day notice on any price increases will be posted on our website if applicable. A 30 day grace period will be honored on orders that are received prior to the effective increase date. Closest substitutions of PoochieBells on our of stock patterns will be made whenever applicable. Be sure to note "no substitutes" should that be your policy.

Resale of any Poochie-Pets LLC products must include proper product names, images, and official logos. Please contact us for any images needed as we have a full range for your use.
