Return of the purchased items is acceptable provided that a Return Authorization must be obtained first by contacting us at wecare@one4pets.com. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the order and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. The return of items is the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending back by registered or recorded delivery. Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
