Information and Policies
- All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, retailers will have the option to cancel or have sales tax added to their orders.
- $149 minimum order
- We will confirm your order by email with an estimated ship date. Your order will ship as soon as all items have arrived and your order is complete.
- If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
- Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined. If you decide later you need to add to your order, please start a new order instead, as our system reserves product in the order in which it is sold.
- Pet Palette does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Sorry, no Paypal or wire transfers are accepted.
- No longer accepting International orders , orders to freight forwarders or orders outside of the 48 lower States.
- No longer accepting orders from E-Commerce only customers or 3rd Party Resellers.
- Free Shipping via FedEx only for the 48 contiguous states on orders over $449 or more after discounts. Shipping discounts apply to in-stock items only. UPS and USPS do not qualify for shipping discounts. For complete details, click here.
