Q: Can I choose what treats to get?
A: The kit is set to ship with our best selling treats: 7 cases of deli treats, and 12 meat rolls in assorted flavors and sizes. You are able to purchase individual boxes at regular wholesale prices.
Q: Are bulk treat bags included?
A: Bulk Treat Bags are not included in the Refill Kit.

- Free Shipping on orders of +$150
- No shipping to Canada or Mexico
- No shipping to PO Boxes

Please note that you must report any issues with your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
If we decide to have you return product, we'll be happy to provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning your product. You are responsible for returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.
At our discretion, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. In this situation, Happy Howie’s does not take title to the refunded item.
We do not issue refunds or provide replacements for expired products.
