- No longer accepting orders from E-Commerce only customers or 3rd Party Resellers.
- Free Shipping via FedEx only for the 48 contiguous states on orders over $299 or more after discounts. Shipping discounts apply to in-stock items only. UPS and USPS do not qualify for shipping discounts.
- Exchanges are accepted for mis-shipments or defective merchandise only, please contact orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a photo of the items for speedy service.
