Sea Creature Construction: Tuffy Pet Toys are the most durable toys available. All the layers of this toy are bonded and sewn together to make one "Tuff" Layer. Sewn Multiple Times: Most toys have just one seam to hold the toy together. We sew webbing around the edges of the toy and then sew the edges together to make each toy Tuff. Squeaker Safety Pockets: Squeakers are sewn into pouches as an added layer of safety. These toys are machine washable (air dry) and float.
Warning: Your dogs safety is “Your” Responsibility. The Tuffy’s Series Toys are designed to be play toys and not chew toys. No Part of any toy should be ingested. Injury may result.
LIMITED WARRANTY, US RESIDENTS ONLY: For a period of 5 days from the date of purchase by the consumer, we warrant that this toy is free of any defects in workmanship or materials at the time it was manufactured. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. We agree to replace this toy if you return it to us and it is found to have been defective in workmanship or materials at the time of manufacture. Our warranty excludes any damage caused by abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, or failure to follow our directions for use. Our agreement to replace a defective toy is in lieu of any other remedies. This warranty expressly disclaims any liability for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from, or relating to, use of this toy. If you experience a problem, please call VIP Products directly at 1-866-4-DOG-TOY (866-436-4869). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Perishable Items Policy: Pet Palette Distribution ensures that all perishable items have an expiration/best buy date of 3 months or more beyond the product’s order date. If your order contains products that expire in less than 3 months and you believe you are eligible for a credit, please reach out to orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide clear images of the expiration dates and quantities of each product that is short-dated.
