A small toy, measuring 12" from head to fluke. Willie's sleek, long shape make him a fun toy for smaller dogs that like to shake and whip their toys. Great also for interactive games of tug and retrieve - Willie is sure to make a splash with any dog!

All of our toys meet the same strict US standard’s set for manufacturing children’s plush toys including:
• ASTM F963-11 (Standard Consumer Safety Specs for Toy Safety)
• Testing for lead and Phthalates
• Double scanned for metal objects
