Our Deluxe High Quality Sailor Girl Costume features a Black velveteen dress body with attached Red and White Striped Neck Scarf Collar, centered is a 3-D anchor with lace trim. The front dress and red ribbons are adorned with heavy embossed gold anchor buttons. The petticoat is trimmed in white lace and the bottom of the black dress body trimmed with white and gold stitched ribbon. Top it off with a red satin ribbon trimmed sailors cap with embroidered anchor device and an elastic chin strap is included. Hand washable, comfortable and easy to wear with front Velcro closure
