• Orders ship weekly. Please allow 5-7 business days for production + transit.

• We require the DUNS number before we allow a US order to be completed. If you do not already have a DUNS number, you can go to https://www.dnb.com/duns-number/get-a-duns.html to create one. Please include it in your special instructions.
• We are not accepting online only accounts at this time - must have brick and mortar store front
• Free Shipping on orders over $500 to the USA, otherwise we have a flat rate of $20 to the USA.
• All Orders ship Direct from our Bakery in Ontario Canada

• Bosco and Roxy's is a Canadian company, and as such, all US customers when placing an order, are agreeing to be listed as the US buyer for items purchased when shipped, fullfilling all obligations reglated (such as FSVP). Please contact us with any questions on this.

**Shut Down NOTICE - Bosco and Roxy's will be on shut down from July 1st until July 5th  - the last day to place orders for them to ship before our shutdown is June 27. All orders placed during the shut down will be placed in our system and shipped in date sequence upon our return**
