- $150 minimum order.
- Orders are shipping within 4-7 days(Please leave us a message if the order is urgent).
- For orders under $250, a $16 flat shipping rate will be applied to each order for the Contiguous US.
- FREE Shipping within the contiguous US on orders over $250.
- In other countries or the Non-contiguous US, we will email the vendor shipping rate. The order will be processed after we receive confirmation.
- We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- HugSmart Pet products cannot be sold through Amazon or other 3rd party websites.
- Exchanges are accepted for fulfillment errors or manufacturing defects only. Please contact info@hugsmartpet.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a picture of the items for exchange.
- For the Netherlands, Japan, and France customers, you must order from our distributors. Please contact info@hugsmartpet.com if you require more information about orders for these countries and outside the US.
