- Please place orders by SHIP DATE. Orders with different ship dates CANNOT be combined.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Orders will not be charged until shipped.
- Orders ship FOB from our facility in Lewis Center, OH
- All Worthy Dog products must be advertised at MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price). Click here to download our policy. All promotions must be approved in writing by The Worthy Dog in advance.
- Prebook items will ship as soon as they become available.
- No 3rd party resellers (Amazon, Walmart,Esty, Ebay, etc)
Return Policy: The Worthy Dog will pre-authorize any return due to product defect or shipping errors. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Return requests must be made within 2 weeks of shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
