At Doggie Design, we are committed to ensuring the right product is on your shelves. With our Free Exchange program, you can send your products back to us and we will exchange them for one of our other great products to find the right fit for your customers.

How does the Free Exchange Program work? 
1. Ensure all merchandise is clean and has all original packaging, hangers, and hang tags. 
2. Reach out to Doggie Design Customer Service at 800-754-0282 Ext. 110 and ask for Sharon to obtain an RA number. 
3. Ship your merchandise back to us and send the tracking number so we can follow it to our warehouse. 
4. Once it is arrived and has been inspected, place an order for new items to refill your store.

Doggie Design was founded by Michele Forrest in 2001,  when she created our very first design of Cool Mesh Harnesses for her sweet doggie Pepina. Everywhere she went with Pepina in her new harness, Michele was constantly asked where she got it. That was the beginning of Doggie Design and our quest to create the most innovative, fun and safe products for our precious Dogs !!
