- All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.

- Orders ship out within 1-2 days. If we can ship your order sooner, we will!

Perishable Items Policy: Pet Palette Distribution ensures that all perishable items have an expiration/best buy date of 6 months or more beyond the product’s order date.
