$25.00 for every box shipment with a value of $100.00 or more.
$15.00 for every box shipment with a value between $20.00 and $99.99.
$8.00 for every box shipment with a value of $19.99 or less.
- Petpals Group will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at published FedEx rates.
- Petpals Group no longer ships internationally or to AK, HI, and US territories. We can only ship within the 48 contiguous states.
- Please do not list Petpals Group products on third-party websites such as Amazon, eBay, and many others.
- Petpals Group will charge the merchant any and all fees associated with a bad address being provided and any unreasonable returns; meaning products that are not damaged or missing any parts. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all packages returned to Petpals Group due to bad addresses being supplied or merchandise returns that are not damaged or missing any parts. This excludes fulfillment errors and manufacturing defects.
- All wholesale orders have a warranty policy of 90 days. NO Return accepted for dropship orders. If there are any issues or missing parts from your order, please let us know within this time frame.
