  • Orders will be charged upon receipt of K9 Granola receiving order (prior to processing/shipping)
  • Any orders that are cancelled after being packed and/or processed, will incur a $30 restock/cancellation fee
  • Orders typically ship within 3 weeks (does not include weekends and/or holidays) - any orders scheduled to ship on a Friday, will be held until the following week to avoid sitting in the heat over the weekend (during summer months).
