- Important! This site allows you to prebook items with a future ship date. Please place ONE order per ship date. We will ship using the latest date of arrival. For instance, if you combine items with a 2/1 and 3/1 ship date, the order will ship on 3/1. Each ship date has a minimum order of $150.
