loose pieces and each seam is reinforced using nylon seam tape for extra strength. All toy
material used is safe, non-toxic and has no heavy metal . Squeeze! Squeak! Each toy has a
squeaker inside! Power Plush is dedicated to Safety! All toys are made with non-toxic dyes
and comply with the U.S. children’s toy standard ASTM-963 and the European EN-71 rules.
Toys are machine washable and dryer safe.

- All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.
- $149 minimum order.
- Orders ship out within 1-2 days. If we can ship your order sooner, we will!
- If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
- Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined.
- Pet Palette Distribution does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa and MasterCard and AMEX.
- No longer accepting orders from E-Commerce only customers or 3rd Party Resellers

Perishable Items Policy: Pet Palette Distribution ensures that all perishable items have an expiration/best buy date of 3 months or more beyond the product’s order date. If your order contains products that expire in less than 3 months and you believe you are eligible for a credit, please reach out to orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide clear images of the expiration dates and quantities of each product that is short-dated.
