Stop worrying and get the Gotcha! Smart ID tag with an individual QR code that saves all important information needed to reunite you and your pet.
By scanning the tag the finder will be able to access the information you added and how to contact you - all while you get the finders geo location shown directly in your GOTCHA! Lost & Found App on your phone.
Information and Policies
At King Wholesale, we are delighted to partner with independent pet businesses like yours, and we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Here are some friendly reminders about our policies:
- Minimum Order: $300
- Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $300 in the contiguous 48 states (our carrier choice: FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Order Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days
- Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX
- Business Restrictions: We will not accept orders from third-party or non-pet-related e-commerce sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
- International Orders: We will not accept international orders or shipments to freight forwarders at this time.
- Tax Resale Certificate: All customers must have a signed tax resale certificate and permit on file, please upload here. You will need to log in to your account.
- First time customers please download a resale form HERE, complete it and email it along with your permit to service@wholesalepet.com.
- Returns/Customer Service: Please contact orderdesk@kingwholesale.com within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
