General Information: We collect several types of information from and about you as a Vendor or Retailer and/or the authorized individual representative of a Vendor or Retailer (“Vendor Representative(s)” or “Retailer Representative(s),” as applicable) such as (a) information about the Vendor or Retailer company, including Tax Resale ID, business name and address, type of Vendor or Retailer store (including products and services offered), postal address, e-mail address, telephone number or other information that identifies the applicable Vendor or Retailer, and (b) information about the Vendor or Retailer Representative, including first and last names, role or title of such individual, other shipping information (if any) and other related contact information.
Payment Information: We and our third-party “Payment Processors” (as defined below) collect certain information from you in order for us to process purchases you wish to make through our Website or related Services. (See Section 4 for more details.) Usage Data: We also collect information that does not specifically identify a Vendor or Retailer, such as information about the type of business and years in business. We collect this information directly from a Vendor or Retailer when you provide it to us. We collect other information automatically as you navigate through the Website, including navigation details, IP addresses, and Website usage history. We do not use such usage data for identification purposes, but may use such data as anonymous or aggregated information for improving the Services or user experience and other internal business purposes.

The information we collect on or through our Website or related Services may include information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website such as information provided at the time of setting up a Vendor or Retailer Account, registering to use our Website or requesting other or related Services. When you sell (as a Vendor) or purchase (as a Retailer) products or services through our Website, we use un-affiliated third parties to provide payment processing services for such purchases (all such third parties individually and collectively referred to as “Payment Processor(s)”).
Our third-party Payment Processors will collect payment information, including credit card and bank account information about you as the Vendor or Retailer (or its authorized representative) in order to process such transactions. In addition, we (the Company) may collect certain pieces of such information (but not the actual card number) so that we can maintain the continuity of the transaction process between our Payment Processors and our systems.
It is important that you review the terms of use and privacy policy of any such third-party Payment Processor BEFORE using their payment processing services.
