Shipping Policy

Free Ground shipping on orders above $500 is applicable to Domestic orders within the United States only. Excludes islands such as Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii which can only be delivered by air via USPS. For any air shipping, we will cover only 50%.

  • Online Retailers: We strictly prohibit the resale of Parisian Pet products on 3rd party websites such as eBay.com, Amazon.com, Etsy.com, Walmart.com among other marketplaces.
  • All new accounts are subject to approval by Parisian Pet. Resellers located in Florida must fax a copy of their Annual Resale Certificate to (305) 570-2737. To qualify for a wholesale account your business must be related to the pet industry and have either a brick and mortar store or an active website that we can verify.

  • RETURNS - If your purchase arrived damaged, or if items in your order do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns, no exceptions. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
