Shipping Policy
- $15.99 flat rate shipping on orders less than $150 to destinations within the contiguous US.
- Free shipping for orders $150+ to destinations within the contiguous US.
- Will dropship for $3.50 fee + shipping.
- For orders outside the contiguous US or Oversized Shipments, PetEdge will contact you with a shipping quote. Duties and Fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be made within 30 days
All returns require a Return Authorization Number.
Returns/exchanges do not include shipping and handling.
Returns must be in their original packaging.
Restrictions apply to holiday returns: Halloween and Holiday items must be returned three weeks (21 days) before October 31st and December 25th of the same calendar year to receive credit. Any return request after the allotted period will be offered an exchange or replacement, so long as it meets the returns defective or damaged criteria. Monetary Refunds will NOT be offered after the allotted period.
