Shipping Policy

- Ships from SC, stocking orders of 2 or more beds will be sent a freight quote.
- We will drop ship for an additional $3.50 fee
- Orders over $750 - 5% freight discount
- Orders over $1,500 - 10% freight discount

  • Orders ship within 3 business days, personalized orders take an additional 5-7 business days
  • No minimum order on Carolina Pet and Pendleton Pet branded products. The minimum order quantity for Shinola branded products is $250.
  • Accepts all major credit cards.
  • Ships from SC, stocking orders of 2 or more beds will be sent a freight quote.
