Shipping Policy

Shipping in the Continental USA:

USPS Priority Mail rates apply (1-3 lbs varies by distance but is usually $8.50-$15; still the least expensive freight rates for small packages)

Orders including the Acrylic Display Stands will have a $2.00 handling charge added to cover the additional freight costs.

Shipping Rates for orders outside of the continental US are higher and follow the USPS guidelines for specific countries and/or region.

  • Orders ship within 10 days,  current volume of orders determines the how quickly it can ship from Indian Wells, CA
  • USPS Priority Mail Current Rates Apply (effective 1.1.2025)
  • Minimum order $40.00
  • We do not drop ship (effective 1.1.2021)
  • Pictures may be used once an order is completed and you contact dara@hotbows.com to discuss picture sharing
  • Accepts Visa, MC, Amex, & PayPal
  • We do not sell to discount sellers; such as customers with stores on ebay or Amazon.  If you have a regular priced store on those sites that do not undersell our regular retail customers please contact Hot Bows for consideration with web link information.   
  • Hot Bows are made in the USA of imported pieces. We make over 150 Hot Bows & Pooch Party Hats by hand. Currently there are 4 styles in the line that are imported, embellished by Hot Bows to make it unique. The four are identified in their product details.
