Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders of $400+

This is a pre-order and is expected to ship in early November. Please do not add additional Woof items with this order as those items will be held until the ship date.

  • Orders ship within 5-7 business days from Denver, CO
  • Order minimum requirement is $250 effective January 1, 2026
  • Free Shipping on orders over $400 to destinations in the contiguous US
  • Actual freight charges will be added to orders less than $400
  • Woof Pet products cannot be sold on Amazon, Ebay, Facebook Marketplace or other 3rd party websites
  • Woof Pet is not accepting 3rd party or ecommerce-only retailers at this time
