How to use:
Remove the cap and turn on the desired file speed. Insert your pet's nail through one of the two openings in the protective cap and move to file down the nail. If the head stops spinning without being turned off, you have applied too much pressure and the safety system has been activated - simply restart the file to continue. After use, remove the cap and blow out or vacuum any dust build-up from the head.
