NOTE: Pet Palette Distribution is not responsible for shipping delays, price changes, or product shortages due to circumstances out of our control. We are taking all reasonable steps to ensure that pre-booked Winter/Holiday product is available to ship in mid-September. Some restrictions may apply.
- All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, retailers will have the option to cancel or have sales tax added to their orders.

- We will confirm your order by email with an estimated ship date. Your order will ship as soon as all items have arrived and your order is complete.
- If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
- Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined. If you decide later you need to add to your order, please start a new order instead, as our system reserves product in the order in which it is sold.
