- Directions for use: Insert the thumb and middle finger into the rings on the handle. Press one finger against the other to unlock the hemostat and then pull them apart to open. Use the tip to lock on the ear hair being careful not to pinch the skin & close the hemostat until it lock. Pull outwards until the hair releases. Repeat the action as many times as necessary until the ear is clear.
