- Once an order is processed we CANNOT change addresses or make item adjustments.
- Free Shipping on orders over $500 in the continental USA and $10 for shipping otherwise. Orders ship from Union City, CA.
- Certain shipments may require extra shipping costs due to weight, dimensions or refrigeration. If this is required, your order will be held until we can advise you of extra charges.
- We may require your first order to be paid via wire or PayPal if the order value is high enough.
- Please note: pet food does not ship free and is based on weight and zip code.
- International shipping starts at $40.00 (you will be notified if any additional shipping is required). Shipping promos are not applicable to International shipments (WE DO NOT SHIP AZODYL OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.)

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items. Restocking fees up to 25% may apply. Please return packages in a manner that can be tracked. Returns may be made with a carrier of the customer's choice. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any items.
