- Important! Please place separate orders according to season/ship date. Halloween items will ship mid-August. Apparel and Holiday items will ship no sooner than mid-September. Please place one order per season/ship date. Each season/ship date has a minimum order of $100. We will ship your order as soon as all items have arrived.
- If you would like to request a ship date other than the first available, please include your preferred ship date in the 'Message to Vendor' field when you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate.
- Pet Palette does not charge credit cards until orders ship. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. Sorry, no Paypal or wire transfers are accepted.
- All international orders must ship to a U.S. address or US based Freight Forwarder. Please note that certain brands do not allow for sales outside of the US. Shipping restrictions are noted in the description section for each item.
