Collar will protect against new fleas and ticks and will not eliminate an existing infestation. Do not open until ready to use. Before using, open the hermetically closed internal protective pouch package and take the collar out. Stretch the collar to full length. The tabs that held the collar in place will fall off when stretching. Place and fasten the collar around the pet’s neck such as that two fingers can fit under the collar when buckling up the collar by passing the end through the hole. Cut off the remaining excess collar and dispose of in the trash. Wash hands after placing collar on dog. Replace collar every 3 months or sooner if needed. Continuous usage of the collar shall repel ticks for 45 days and fleas for 90 days. In the Summer, above 95°F, efficacy is guaranteed for 45 days only. Before bathing or swimming the dog, remove the collar and reapply it only after the skin and the fur is dry.
