  The Touchcat ® Pom-Pom Patterned Designer Cat Neck Collar with Chime Bell is composed of an Ultra-Soft and comfortable abrasion-resistant felt material that easily affixes around the neck area. This unique cat collar features a Pom-Pom design with an included bell chime with accented and embroidered bowtie located above the chime that resembles a wreath. Available in Multiple Sizes and Patterns.
