The Katie's Bumpers' ORIGINAL BUMPER is made with PHTHALATE FREE* PVC through a ROTO-MOLDING PROCESS creating an air-tight, hollow core that allows the bumper to give just enough when the dog bites it, but will not pierce through. The manufacturing process also allows for all excess material to be up-cycled leading to zero waste. The patented design allows the bumpers to bob and float, making it the perfect fetch toy for dock diving or some casual play from the water's edge at the beach, lake or river!.
