These soft Glittery Collars are 3/8" wide and designed to slide our 10mm letters and delightful charms onto it. Quality construction and features chrome plated hardware and a beautiful crystal buckle.

Our Ice Cream Collars are made of an industrial strength vinyl that is coated with glitter and then coated again with a poly-urethane. This second coating keeps the glitter from rubbing off and keeps the collar looking brand new for longer!
