The double ruffles on the collar,with light blue trim, hem and cap sleeves match the colors in the hexagon stones and hologram foil. Silver thread tipping on all the ruffle edges compliment the colored bling printed on this unique blouse. Special attention has been taken to assure comfort and design for your little princess.
