- K&H requires a copy of merchant's Resale Certificate uploaded to your WholesalePet.com account or emailed to kh-customerservice@central.com at time of order

- K&H will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at the published FedEx rates.
- By submitting and order you agree to pay all shipping charges incurred with each item shipped by K&H Manufacturing, LLC.
- K&H is not accepting accepting orders to destinations outside of the USA.
- Order processes in 14 days or less and ship from Fort Wayne, IN
- $99 minimum order
- $3.00 handling fee added per ship to address for all orders (in addition to shipping charges)
