Free shipping on orders over $350 in the contiguous 48 states (our carrier choice: FedEx, UPS, USPS)

At King, we pride ourselves in our customer service and ultimately your experience as our customer! Here is what you can expect when placing orders with King! If we are sold out of any items on your order, we will attempt to contact you before processing your order. If we request a reply, and do not hear from you in 48 hours, we will process your order short the out of stock items if your order total remains above 350.00 for free shipping. If your order total drops below 350.00 and we are unable to reach you within 7 days, we will go ahead and cancel the order as we would not feel comfortable adding shipping without your approval. For orders below 350.00 please expect a ship charge of 10-20% of your order total. We will contact you if shipping is above 20% for your approval.   • First time customers please download a resale form HERE, complete it and email it along with your permit to service@wholesalepet.com.
