Less than or equal to $200: $25 flat fee

$201 -$500: 12% shipping of gross order value

$501-$900: 10% shipping of gross order value

>$900: ships best way via LTL or FedEx Ground

* Shipping rates and free shipping only applies to destinations within contig. USA. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, we ship via USPS and will advise freight cost before shipping.

Please make sure all shipping information is accurate. We cannot be responsible for additional return and replacement shipping charges.

  • Minimum order is $200.00
  • Shipping is from our warehouses in California and Illinois.
  • For Canadian orders, we recommend going through our distributors. Please contact sales@playpetbrands.com if you require more information about Canadian orders.
  • Please do not list Play Pet Brands products on third party websites such as Amazon, eBay and Rakuten.
  • Promotions/ show specials may not be retroactively applied or combined. Tiered discounts cannot be combined. Free shipping is only within contig. USA.
  • We do not accept wholesale returns except in cases of fulfilment errors or manufacturing defect.

  • For orders within the EU region, please ask for our EU stock and price list. We ship out of our warehouse in the Netherlands.
