Density is how tough and thick the chew is — match it to your dog's chewing style.

• Light — gentler on teeth. Ideal for senior dogs and light or sensitive chewers. Comparable to rawhide in feel, without the risks.
• Moderate — just-right toughness for most everyday chewers. A natural alternative to nylon that's a little easier on teeth.
• Hard — our most durable option, for stronger and more determined chewers. Comparable to nylon in strength, without the petroleum.

If your dog wears the chew down quickly or breaks off larger pieces, move up to a higher density.
