This cute harness vest is made of 100% cotton, in our classic blue Hawaiian print, it has a circle shape setting, filled with genuine Swarovski Crystals and our exclusive “no tangle O ring”. The O-ring swivels to avoid the leash getting twisted and makes for a more controllable walk with your dog. It has two Velcro fasteners at the chest and neck for easy and secure dressing. It also comes with a matching blue Hawaiian print leash
