Here is a harness that provides the best of both – the functionality of a walking harness and the femininity provided by ruffles. The soft ruffling is accented by three sparkling Swarovski crystal buttons. Like all of our designs, it is made from genuine upholstery grade Ultasuede® fabric that we import from Japan. This soft, comfortable fabric is breathable, washable and colorfast. For the crystal, we use Swarovski crystal exclusively. As an assurance to both you and your customer, each item comes with an Ultrasuede® tag and a “Made with CRYSTALIZED™ - Swarovski Elements” hang tag that displays our registration number. Lastly, this harness is manufactured in the USA.
